BUILDING PROCESS

1. Contact Hoffman’s Custom Contracting, Inc. for an initial meeting to decide if custom building is right for you.
   
2. At the initial meeting, we will talk about available locations, house styles, sizes and overall budget.
   
3. Preliminary pricing will be available at this stage.
   
4. Work with our architect to design the drawings of your new home.
   
5. Secure financing; we will guide you through the construction mortgage process.
   
6. Finalize blueprints, specifications and contract.
   
7. Start construction on your dream home. Usually preliminary work will take 4-6 weeks before construction can start. Our building schedule is usually approximately 6 months from ground breaking until you can move into your new home.
