Locate a suitable building lot (Hoffman's Custom Contracting is approved in several Central Pennsylvania developments with choice lots still available!)
Obtain bank pre-approval for approximate finance amount.
Meet with Tim to develop your new home blueprints. Feel free to bring any floor plans you may have seen and like. We'll take those, make whatever changes you wish, and develop custom prints from your ideas. One of our past customers had two plans that they just couldn't choose between. Our architect took both and combined them into one beautiful custom home!
Hoffman's Custom Contracting will prepare the complete package of information for the lender of your choice.
You'll meet directly with Tim for lot stake-out and cabinetry and color selections.
Any changes to your home during the actual construction will be handled through a Change Order that you authorize. Tim personally handles these to make sure the changes are what you visualize.
The final walk through and settlement are also handled directly through Tim. Allowance reports are generated through out the building process so you'll know exactly where you stand financially. This helps eliminate any last minute "surprises" at settlement!
